another attempt at having my complaint heard

There is a consistent pricing issue at all the airport Starbucks I have been to. The problem does not occur at other Starbucks locations.
A tall cafe latte costs $3.29. It contains one shot of espresso and is filled with milk.
A grande cafe latte costs $3.89. It contains two shots of espresso and since it is in a larger cup than a tall, it uses even more milk.
It cost 99 cents to add a shot of espresso to a tall cafe latte. That means a double tall cafe latte costs $3.29 + $.99 = $4.28.
That is $.39 more than a grande cafe latte. How is it that I pay more to get less? It is in a smaller (hence less expensive) cup. It has the same amount of coffee, but substantially less milk.
This is the biggest rip-off I've ever seen. Whenever I've had the opportunity (when the lines aren't too long!), I've explained this to the person at the counter - which usually brings out a manager - and everyone is shocked and appalled and willing to give me a double tall cafe latte at the price of a grande (requiring them to ring it up as a grande, but hand a tall cup to the barrista).
I've sent this complaint several times by mail and email, but have never received a response other than "thank you for your input."
Change the ridiculous pricing policy!

There is a new Starbucks that opened in Barrington, IL on northwest highway.
Every other starbucks I have gone to, I always get a great cup of latte. The problem is the following:
I always order a cafe latte with an extra shot of expresso. I have been told this is what they call a "quad shot latte" for short amongst the employees..ok fine. The issue is in the past month at this particular location, I have had to return the coffee for a "stronger" coffee. It has been tasting like milk with a tinge or brown color to it.
The guy at the counter tells me "The Venti size is just like the Grande in that it comes with only TWO shots of expresso" I told him, "I ordered an EXTRA shot of expresso to go with the drink." So fine they do that, but it is still very weak.
It ends up that as I mentioned above, some Starbucks make the Venti cafe Latte with a given THREE shots of expresso and so the extra shot I pay for makes it equivalent to FOUR total shots of expresso.
Can anyone tell me why the grande and venti size cafe latte are made with only TWO shots of expresso versus the THREE for the venti that some other Starbucks' prepare?
Thanks!

I don't necessarily believe them, but I did get a letter from Starbuck's Customer Relations Department. It thanked me for contacting them and said:
"I was very sorry to hear about your recent experience at our Starbucks stores in airports. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. I will share your comments with the management team responsible for the store in order to address the issue properly."
They included 2 coupons for any beverage free.
I'm happy that after having mailed in comment forms with this issue several times, I finally received a response by using planet feedback.
Who knows, maybe they'll really look at the airport pricing policy.

Well lets see...I work at a Starbucks and I have to tell you that a grande latte is $3.00. Most Airport restaurants charge more for EVERYTHING because they know you have nowhere else to go. Starbucks are not truly affiliated with Airport, Targets, or Grocery Store Starbucks. These are owned by the place they area located in. If you want to pay the correct, consistent price heres an idea...go BEFORE you get to the airport.

I work at Starbucks part time and it cost 55 cents to add a shot, I dont know where you got the 99 cents to add 1 shot. Heres an idea though, why not just order a grande latte from now on, its 60 cents more, and you get more for your money. You even get two shots in your drink.
