I'm writing with this complaint because of a problem I recently encountered with your company. I thought someone should know about it. I'm quite furious about this.

DEAR DAVID STREATER,

A FEW MONTHS AGO I PURCHASED 2 CARS FROM A SALESPERSON NAMED MIKE SIMPSON, ONE WAS A INFINITI 1998 AND A 2001 NEW HONDA VAN. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I TURNED IN A LEASE CAR,A HONDA VAN 1997, AT THAT TIME I ASKED MIKE ABOUT MY EXCESS MILEAGE AND OTHER FEES.HE ASSURED ME THAT ALL THE FEES AND MILEAGE WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF.ABOUT 120 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM HONDA FINANCE AND THEY REQUESTED $1,350.00. I TOLD THE HONDA REP THAT THE DEALERSHIP WOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS. HE TOLD ME THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND THE DEALER WOULD NOT TAKE CARE OF THE MONEY OWED AND I NEEDED TO CALL THE DEALER. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FIRST THE SALES MANAGER,THEN THE GENERAL MANAGER, THEN THE FINANCE MANAGERS, KNOWONE CALLED BACK . SEVERAL DAYS PASSED AND AT LAST A CALL FROM MIKE SIMPSON. WHEN I TOLD HIM OF THE SITUATION HE SAID HE WAS SORRY THAT HE ASSUMED THAT WHEN YOU TRADED A HONDA FOR A HONDA ALL FEES AND EXCESS MILEAGE WOULD BE WAVED AND THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE. I ASSUME THAT THIS COULD NOT BE HIS FIRST TRANSACTION OF THIS NATURE.I WAS CONCERNED IN THE BEGINING OF THE TRANSACTION AND WANTED TO ADDRESS THIS SITUATION,HOWEVER BOTH MIKE AND FINANCE ASSURED ME NOT TO WORRY.I FEEL THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD PAY $1,350.00 ITS THERE MISTAKE NOT MINE,OR IS THIS NOT A MISTAKE IS IT DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES.
