On November 10, 2008 I went to Subway to purchase lunch for my coworkers. I payed for a coupon book in the book there was a coupon for Subway buy a 6" get a 6" sandwich FREE. It has on the back a list of subways that will take the coupon. we went to the one 73252 Keystone Ave. Indianapolis, Indiana. The sub I buy all the time at another subway for $4.99. This subway charged me $7.74 for the same sub. This is not right. They first did not want to take there...

I called in an order: 2 BLT sandwiches no cheese on either add onions to one. When I got it home, I had 2 BACON sandwiches, no lettuce or tomato on either. When I called them to tell them, the said to "BRING IT BACK" and they will "fix it." Fine. It was brought back, and it was fixed, on your counter top. Never once was there an apology.

I would like to start off by saying that as a busy working mother, my lunch usually consists of fast food. But because of my vegetarian diet, I am unable to get a decent meal at most fast food restaurants. This is why I eat Subway at least once a day 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day. My husband does the same, only at a different location.

I am writing in regards to the subway shop in the Danbury Fair Mall located in Danbury, Connecticut. While I realize that Subway is a Franchiser and this particular shop is just a Franchisee, I believe that in order to carry your "Subway" brand name, it should maintain a certain standard of quality.
