The employees were very nice to all customers. They knew most of the customers names and they were willing to go the extra step to make their customers happy. All the employees were able to joke around with the customers to make their experience fun. One of the employees, who looked like the manager, had many pins on her hat, which in all of the instances that I know, that means that they did...

Both employees who were working at the Penn Ave, Bloomington Minnesota location of Subway had the worse work ethics and attitude that I have ever seen. I courteously asked the male employee if they still had flatbread and his answer was, "of course!" (as if to say, what do you think?). Then, when I thanked the female employee just before leaving, her response was "uh". Talk...
