Today just before noon I went to the new Subway on Oceanside Ave. in Oceanside CA(by I5). My sandwich was dumped on a stale loaf of oat bread by a girl who talked loudly and talked through me. You know like the person ates their job, or me, or both. I got the idden meaning nicelt from her and will not EVER frequent that location again,

I am so mad at the moment.. I just finished getting my order from the subway in harlingen, texas on 13th street at about 11:30am on oct. 7th 2009. I sent my employee with a note explaining what kind of sandwich i wanted and she proceeded to give it to the employee. Lets just say the only thing right on the sanwich was the veggies. This is crazy. I don't know what kind of people are being hired...

I was at subway location 1596 W Market St, Akron, OH 44313 on 09-21-09 at 6p.m. This location had only two employees with a very long line! They were both very fast and professional, especially the young lady. Subway is very lucky to have these two employees.

Bring the $5 footlong Tuna back and I'll bring my (at least) once- weekly guaranteed business back. thats 52weeks * 5$= 260$ at the least @ the rate of just one customer. You do the math.

While I like the food served by Subway, and the stores are always clean, it seems that your company is incapable of hiring competent employees.
I have had bad (not poor, but BAD) customer service at almost every Subway I have been to.
At one time I went to a Subway across the street from my work on my half-hour break. It took 45 minutes to get through the line because the staff could not...
