Disgusting Super 8

I stayed at their Super 8 hotel in Fergus Falls, MN. Outside appearance of the hotel was very nice, and the inside was allright as far as check in went. That is usually a good indicator of how your room will be. Anyhow, my 3 daughters and I got all "moved into" our room and that means we brought in all of our luggage and food from the van and were just getting comfortable and ready to settle in for the night (I arrived there at 12:30 am. My oldest daughter turns back the sheets and says ummmm, Mom, there are pubes in the bed. I turned back my sheets and sure enough - both beds full of them. Well, by then it is 1:00 am and I am exhausted (having travelled with 3 girls by myself all the way from Alaska). I tell the girls we will just have to deal with it. I explained that most disgusting body creatures do not live off of the body very long. Then I tried to sleep....bed was harder than a rock - besides the obvious concern of the pubes, lol : ( So, after 2 hours tossing and turning - I finally go to sleep. In the morning - thinking a shower will make us all feel better - open the shower curtain and it is covered with mold!!!!!!!!
I was disgusted and shocked - this was my first stay at a super 8 and I will not stay there ever again - unless the owner of the chain does some serious kissing up.
I did place a complaint with them and received a letter from Fergus Falls ownership. They must have been foreigners because their letter started out actually requesting an apology - not offering one. They offered me a 50% discount on 1 of their rooms and I doubt I would ever travel through Fergus Falls MN ever again - and if I did I would never go here. So basically Super 8 chain owners should step up and do something to give me a better feel for their chain. This 1 hotel ruined my lookout on the entire chain.

Refund my money - or offer me a stay at one of their other hotels. Otherwise I guarantee I would never choose to stay at a Super 8 ever again. I need proof that all of their hotels are not so completely awful - and I would not pay to find out.

I usually don't comment on grammer and all, being an English grad student I didn't want to sound pretentious, but I must object to the use of l33t sp33k in a corporate communication.
