There is a billing error on my July 2011 periodic for statement. The original bill for July was $293.70 and I believe the corrected balance, should have been prorated for 12 days usage, and should be $219.72. We have been with T-Mobile for over 10 yrs. I upgraded my daughter to a 4G 'My Phone' for Christmas. The phone has not worked properly. I recently found out T-mobile extended my contract expiration date for two years after making changes to my rate plan.
