I bought a Samsung Galaxy S III on May 11, 2013, and it's June 6, 2013 and you have released an LTE equivalent of my phone. My data speeds are getting slower by the day (cannot even break 1-2Mbps in many places, before LTE was able to pull 20+ pretty consistent), so i called Customer Service today to express my concerns and discuss my options for swapping the phone for an LTE equivalent model...

My two year contract was ending April of this year and as always, I look to upgrade my phone at the time of renewal. So, in March I began looking for the phone I wanted to upgrade to and it was not available online. When I called to inquire when it would be available again, I was told to keep checking back because it was so popular and they were replenishing them all the time. Meanwhile, did I...

I called T-mobile and was told this...

I have been very frustrated with my 2 year contract with T-Mobile. First when I called in on Feb 16, I was offered w/ a package of 4 lines sharing 1000 min, 2GB data plans on 2 lines, with unlimited text messaging for the four lines, and there is this special promotion for adding a family line will be $5 per line on that day, which in the end comes up to $108 before tax with my corporate...
