My complaint is the inability of your customer service team to be consistent in the information they are sharing.
Recently added a new line to my family plan and when I asked about getting a free phone with the new line activation I was informed I was eligible for a free phone but I had to wait until the sim card arrived at my house then call customer service for the free phone.
I visited...

I have five lines with T-Mobile. Two of my lines have ended their contract and I have three lines left under contract. I have called T-Mobile on many numerous occasions complaining about their service. I do not get a clear reception where I work nor does my husband. We have tried everything. We have changed phones, have had their the area checked by T-Mobile, etc. Still nothing. Again, I called...

I have been a T-mobile customer for roughly the last 5 years; first as a prepaid customer, then on a family plan (with my then spouse); followed by an individual plan as I relocated and separated from my spouse. I have been generally pleased with the level of service I have received..... UNTIL TODAY..... I have never paid a bill LATE neither.
Today, I decide that it was time to pay my monthly...

T-Mobile is praying on the small people of this world. We have paid our balance with T-Mobil 3 times. WE haven't had service with them in well over 6 years but due to loosing the records in a flood living in Louisiana we had to pay it again. Now for the past 2 years, I have had to show them proof like clock work! This time I had the proof in a lock box and last year went to a T-Mobile store to...
