Los Angeles T Mobile Subcriber has Concerns
by Jody W. of Woodland HIlls, California written to T-Mobile USA, Inc. Posted Fri November 6, 2009 12:23 am

My wife and I live in the Los Angeles area and have been customers of T-mobile for several years. We renewed our contracts and were generally happy. Unfortunately, since this last summer our coverage has degraded to a point where we literally have -no- coverage at home, spotty coverage on the way to work, and dropped calls in an area where we once had full bars at work. I don't know why this...

A few years ago my wife had an issue with Sprint(which was previously Nextel) so we switched to T-Mobile. I signed up for a Family Contract and purchased two phones. I insisted that they double check there records and fix this error and until then I would not pay the...

We went to change the plan they had us paying $250 and the credit, even if we left the plan the way it was, was gone. Where did that...

Once every year or so, I run into a situation so offensive or a person so discourteous at a company for whom I am a customer to. Recently I decided to upgrade my phone instead of canceling my services, which I am very unsatisfied of doing. I decided to purchase a new phone the MyTouch 3G. On September 22, I called T-Mobile to place an order over the phone, which I have never done before. The...

I'm in a city with a population of about 80,000, when the college is in full swing. Not a bad number of people, especially for West Virginia. I moved here recently from Texas for school, and have been here for about two months. In that time, I've not had coverage once. T-mobile says they have a "roaming agreement" with AT&T, which means they can't extend coverage into the town. This...
