This is my third letter and attempt to resolve the issue with with my service plan. I have spoken with a young lady from the T-Mobile executive office and she was limited in her ability to help me resolve my last complaint. She sent me a new phone and sim card. That did not resolve my network issue at all. I still have dropped calls, limited voice-mail, non connecting conference calls, unable to click to other line, sms text messages delete and I still have messages that delete off my phone. I recently had to contact verizon to get another blackberry with them. To ensure that I had service that works with a blackberry phone... I have not had any of the same issues. I have told you over and over again that there is a problem with my network. I have had issues that are not normal like when my client changed her number my network would not allow me to dial the number. I had to get her service provider on the line in order for us to figure out what was the problem and it had to do the T-mobile network. The resolutions provided has never solved the problems. Today I am on the phone with a Blackberry tech support rep and he is telling me he knows its the SIM card (this will be the 3rd one) and he is going to send me a new SIM card.

I want T-MOBILE TO REFUND ME LAST MONTHS BILLING and I want to be free of my contracts so I can go to a place where they care about me as a business customer and regular customer. I asked my accountant to tell me how much did we pay out to T-MOBILE this pass year on the business side and he responded $47420.00. Then I checked our personal family plan we have and it was $5380.00(this included replacement handset). I know for a fact you don't value you me as a customer. If you did you would do your best to help keep me. I am a small business growing fast and you just don't care. I am sick of paying for half ____ service. I pay you the full amount and I really don't want to. It should be illegal what you are doing. Then you try to credit me $50 that is not what I want. I just want to be able to use my handset without any issues. I want to travel without fear that when I leave the state of Texas I will loose all of my messages in the system.

LET ME GO...I AM sick of dealing with the issues. We need a divorce we have done all that you can do and I am just not happy with you. You don't care anymore. Our family is not important to you anymore. So lets just end it now.

You need to just take control of the situation. Cancel your accounts,
pay the ETF, and just be done with them.

Great letter. It sounds like communications are essential for your
business by how much you have spent. If they can't live up to their
promises, then they should cancel your contract.
