DO NOT EVER RECEIVE SERVICE FROM T-MOBILE!! WORST CELL COMPANY OUT. CROOKED, LYING AND STEALING IS ALL THEY ARE ABOUT. GO WITH CINGULAR WAAAY BETTER. THE REP SOLD ME A RAZOR PHONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY (VERIZON) THEN WHEN IT BROKE THE T-MOBILE PEOPLE REFUSED TO REPLACE IT THOUGH THEY WERE TAKING MY INSURANCE PAYMENT EVERY MONTH FOR JUST THAT.

GO DIE

Well I would like to take a couple moments to respond to your insane
accusations. First of all all Razrs on the market are branded with the
name of the company that supports that particular model, unless
purchased directly from Motorola, So IF a sales representative sold
you a phone to use on the T-Mobile network that was actually a
Verizion phone it would be clear to you at the time of purchase. Also
the phone would not work correctly when switching between verizion and
T-Mobile due to the differences of the networks. If this was the case
you could have easily gone back to that dealer within the buyers
remorse period to have the phone replaced with a T-Mobile handset. (It
would have been clear within 14 days that the phone wasn't working
correctly)

Secondly, You state that you were paying for insurance on the
handset ? The insurance company is not T-Mobile, they are a company
called Asurion and they have there own policies in regards to
processing exchanges for defective equipement, T-Mobile does not have
any control over which handsets they replace and which they will not.

Third, IF you had tried to exchange the handset through T-Mobile's
warrenty exchange program then you would have other issues then the
handset not being a T-MObile handset, you would have the issue that
you have admitted YOU broke the phone, physical damage is not covered
by ANY warrenty program that I am aware of from Any company, not just
wireless providers.

So, If you ever have a valid complaint I would love to hear it but
please next time try to keep it on a mature and professional manner.
This may help you get more results and more of an explanation of why
your not getting the result that you want.

How mature of you... get a life and get off the computer.

You're so darn full of it. Verizon phones are NOT GSM phones and
won't work on T-Mobile's system. You're just another feckin' liar
trying to get something for nothing.

So you're telling T-Mobile not to receive service from themselves?

Better watch what you say. King George may have you arrested because
you threatened (sic) the live of some one

That might be one of the most hilarious closings I have ever seen in a
letter on Planet Feedback. How big of an idiot is Clay? I guess it's
slightly better than "GO F*** YOURSELVES"

I have Tmobile, my wife has Tmbile, her whole family (mom, dad,
sister, brother, grandma, 4 cousins) all have Tmobile, never had a big
problem, or bad service. I think its time for you to get off mommy
and daddy's computer

I have had T-Mobile in the past. I didn't really have any issues and
never had the pleasure of breaking my phone.

Your letter is so nice. The caps hurt my eyes and the GO DIE gives me
heart burn.

Ok, I am calling BS on this one.

Verizon is a CDMA carrier. TMobile is a GSM carrier. A CDMA phone will
NOT work on a GSM network. Period.

Work on your hostility issues and learn not to lie when writing
letters please.
