REQUEST FOR REFUND

Horrible, the worst scam i've ever seen in terms of billing, coverage. No customer service. I've been emotionally damaged and harassed by customer service. I'm fed up. I'm seeking a lawyer to sue T-mobile.

I would like T-mobile to refund my 1 year of payments I made despite the fact my wireless internet doesn't work at all (account#772471866). I've been charged fees constantly. My request to wave my cancelation fee was denied. On top, I spend hours and hours trying to explain my case to customer service, never got transferred to management. They keep on billing me and I'm furious at this point. I almost got heart attack last time I spoke with representative for their non supportive behavior, ignoring my request and simply not helping at all. My cell is 703-944-8401 I expect to be contacted by someone SOMEONE in Tmobile who is in charge of something and is able to resolve this complaint that will turn into a HUGE deal. I've been customer for 10 YEARS and I was treated like NOBODY

Telling them you are seeking a lawyer is only going to make them wait
to hear from your lawyer. They aren't supposed to deal with you once
you make that threat (as per THEIR lawyers). Hopefully you aren't
bluffing because the lawyer is the only way you are going to hear
anything from them now.

and let them handle it.

Making public threats like this will never get you the result you want
and will more than likely cause them to ignore you altogether.
