T-Mobile & Easy Pay

I have been with T-Mobile for at least 5 years. Today I checked my checking account and low and behold, by account had been debited for a payment. I NEVER authorized that payment. I never saved my information in their system because I never signed up for EasyPay! my due date is the 5th, they debit my account on the 3rd. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

Guarantee it better NOT happen again. I'll drop this phone company so quick it won't be funny.

There are too many cellphone companies and options out there for me to have to put up with this!

They must have gotten your checking account information from someone.
The logical candidate is you. If you provided them with your account
information, they probably assumed you were authorizing them to use
it. If your bill is due on the 5th, why are you waiting until the last
day to pay it? It sounds like T-Mobile was concerned you were not
going to pay this month so they took it out of your checking account.
What did they say when you called them? Did you call them? Before you
write a letter, you should call the company and try to resolve the
situation.

How did they get your checking account information? Did you call them
to find out what happened?
