On March 18, 2012 I added Unlimited Messaging for $10 a month. Around April 6 I notice when calling tmobile to make a payment that I had 40 messages used for the cost of $7. Upon reviewing it seem messaging plan had been remove without my knowledge. This not acceptable . Perhaps a computer glitch or human error cause the issue. I'm really upset this was done, I requested text messaging be block completely and text message overcharge be refunded due to this charges not been my fault at all. Customer service mention text messaging blocking is only available if you had a text plan. If I have the choice to ignore a call in order not to get charge per minute usage, it will be the same if you do not want text messages at all. My corporate Tmobile phone has that feature, no incoming/outgoing text messages so customer rep is not very informed.Having text messaging back on to cover overcharges is not an option now, as your mistake could had cost me a lot of money. If i didnt check sooner the text overcharge will had been much bigger. Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated. This outgoing issues are having me think I should cancel my service as this is not the first time they screw up.

In other occasion content block was added by me and the later remove by tmobile when switching plans. Then charges starting appearing for $19.99, had to again dispute this and charges were remove and content block was put back on. After this happen I started cancelling two lines and now I'm down to just one, you slowly loosing a customer of 9years due this not excusable mistakes to my account.

I will like for the text overcharge be refunded as this is clearly not my fault and text message block be in place ASAP. Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated.

Im confused...

You were paying $10.00 a month for unlimited texting

They removed the $10.00 a month plan by accedent

they then charged you $7.00 got the texts you sent

Now your mad because they removed the plan and charged you?

Shouldnt you be happy they saved you $3.00? Or do you want them to
remove the $7.00 charge and charge you the $10.00 for the plan
again???
