T-Mobile failing their customers

I have been a a loyal and proud T-Mobile customer for over 4 years now, and up until now I thought that no other wireless carrier could match T-Mobile's quality, products, prices and service. But...I hate to admit it...I think I was wrong. Cingular(The New AT&T) is getting all the great phones and features prices and coverage! I am a Cingular employee and up until now I though T-Mobile stayed on top of their game. I mean Cingular is getting the iPhone! THE iPHONE!!! That phone is amazing and I was hoping that T-Mobile would get in on the craze but I guess not. I really am considering switching to Cingular. I have the Sidekick 3, and its a good phone but, it doesnt even compare to alot of phones cingular has. So T-mobile you really need to start trying to get your customers better products instead of trying to get MyFaves, MyFaves for families and all that.
