I'm over it, I have said numerous times about the rude, condesending customer service over the phone and receiving different information from them compared to the retail associates. I feel very very unappreciated and disrespected. This relationship with t-mobile has to end, I cant take giving my hard earned money to a company that treats me like that.

To cancel my contract and waived the cancellation fee for being strung along all these years.
