Wow!! This has been incredibly frustrating!! My 18 year old son needed proof of address because we have no service at our home...I mean, the WORST SERVICE!! We had to go out-side and jump up and down and shake the phone in the air for the hopes it would send the dang text message.....Can we say NIGHTMARE???

T-Mobile said we had to prove he lived at his home in order to get out of the contact without paying the $400.00 fee...LOL....They should be paying us for the crappy service!!!!
They wanted a bill...So, out we went to get him bills(beings he is just out of HS)....We set him up a new SPRINT account...Thats a bill right???? Nope!! 2 weeks later in a letter they said that was not good enough...So, we went to Wells Fargo and set him up a Checking, Savings and Credit Card account with all mail to our address....Nope!! That was not good enough...LOL...Ok....So, We register him to vote!!! Yippie!! I finally get the 18 year old kid some mail to our home that T-Mobile will except........But......We had to go pick up the voter registration card.....This takes time!!!!
I have been faxing documents to T-Mobile for a few months now...I think they are confused cause I also send them in the mail....They are now saying my documents are late and want to charge my 18 year old (just out of High School) son $440.00...You see, if he was older...He would have tons of proof of his address but due to his young age, bills are paid by us while he is in school.
I plan to take this matter to the BBB and possibly to a lawyer!!! I have proved my son lives at this house with NO CELL PHONE SERVICE FROM TMOBILE!!!
Guess what? Tell us there is no service before you take our money!!! You told us after you took hundreds!!!!!
I want this matter resolved like I was promised or I will file a law-suit and Im NOT kidding!!!

Remove the termination fee beings we have no cell phone service in our area and were not told PLUS...I got the documents to you as quickly as I could possibly get them!!! I want my fax documents recovered to PROVE I got them in as fast as I possibly could!!!!

I will goto BBB if this is not resolved!! WE GET NO COVERAGE IN OUR AREA SO DON'T CHARGE TEENS IF THEY DON'T GET SERVICE!!!! I WILL GOTO ANDERSON COOPER ON THIS IF IT DOESN'T GET FIXED NOW!!

Follow up:
T-Mobile received this letter and called me....They said the account
is a zero balance due to Ryan's voter registration being excepted (as
it should of!!)and his contact is canceled due to" no service"!!

Thank You T-Mobile for realizing what should of been resolved at the
supervisors level (I had 2 conversations with them not getting
anywhere!!?????) So, maybe some better customer relations???? We were
right on this one!!

I want to sincerely Thank You very much for fixing this!! I had my
documents in on time and asked for supervisors, My last resort was PF.
I do wonder if there can be better communication with supervisors?
They ones I spoke with for several hours acted like they had no power
to do anything to help me!!

I'm very grateful this turned out like it should of....Thank You PF
and T-Mobile for fixing this!! It's very much appreciated and well
deserved!!! Feel free to contact me if you need anymore customer
service advice, this was one of my most frustrating experiences.

I waited on hold for customer service today for 50 minutes to be hung
up on when it was my turn! Called back and waited another 103 minutes
on the phone to finally reach someone in another country servicing the
United States! They were RUDE and poorly trained and didn't know what
they were doing!

I am switching carriers immediately!

There are to many plans out there and they are not the only one! As
for their outsourcing I am appalled that they took our jobs and
shipped them over seas and will not contribute to this cruelty to our
country!

GOOD BYE T-MOBILE!!!!!!!!!!!

lol@tortiekitty..very true.
I shouldn't of wrote that letter so frustrated. Its been the worst
experience Ive ever had dealing with a company!! They should have
accepted the Sprint documents.

On the upside, he now has a new cell phone, a checking account, a
savings account, a credit card AND he can vote...
