Everytime I have a question for T-Mobile, and I call the customer service line, I get the nicest most helpful people. The two conclusions I come to are (1)I am the luckiest person in the world or (2)T-Mobile has consistantly pleasant employees working for them. I've been with T-Mobile for over a year and I call pretty frequently, so I'm going with number 2.
Now I'm not just saying that because the reps always say what I want to hear. There have been a few times where the resolution that was reached was not %100 to my liking but I can say that the customer service rep who delivered the bad news did so in a way that made me feel like they were trying there hardest to make sure I felt taken care of.
I also think your website is great and very user friendly. I can check my coverage in any area down to the street level! I never have to worry if my phone is going to work or not.
I don't know what your doing to keep your employees so happy but it's working. Keep up the great work T-Mobile and I'll keep shouting my love from the rooftops!

I agree with this 100%. Tmobile has been great to me, and in return I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now. I was with them back when they were voicestream.
I recently changed from the even more plan to the even more plus contract-free plan. I was still in contract for the even more plan, but when I switched the person I talked to failed to mention the fees that would be charged for me ending my contract early. I called back and mentioned this fact, and even though they were perfectly within their rights to charge me, since it was a written rule that I simply didn't understand, they credited me saying they noticed my longevity with tmobile and therefore would be happy to refund such a loyal customer. I can't imagine any other company doing this.
The employees are always super friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that the parental time limits aren't very customizable, and only work in strange chunks of times. For example, they allow you to make time limits for M-F and then S-S. But Sunday is a school night, and Friday is not. I think it should be S-T and F-S.
Anyway, hopefully they will fix this, but other than that I love tmobile and will reward their greatness by staying with them. And the one thing I know for sure is I will never if at all humanly possible NEVER EVER EVER give AT&T another cent of my hard earned money. (I had them once for internet and it was an absolute nightmare!!)
Also, I'm saving a ton of money with them. Go to billshrink.com to confirm. I did and it's the best deal by far for my family plan. With unlimited data and unlimited texting.

I have had T-Mobile for over 5 years and I absolutely LOVE them!! I just called and asked about my my-faves glitch and they credited my account 300 minutes without me even asking. The guy was like I'm so sorry about that let me give you an additional 300 minutes to cover that call and give you a little cushion if you need it. They have warrantied my wing even though I don't have insurance and in the past they have comped my phone bills, credited my account with discounts and the customer service associates are always ridiculously nice. To top it off they are cheaper than Verizon and ATnT rate plans. I would never go to another phone company. I'm even in the process of switching to their home phone services! Big ups to T-Mobile for doing what they do!! Jennifer in Phoenix, AZ

This does sound like an interesting company :) I'll have to keep my eyes open to see what they have in my area since we have poor reception with everything.

Wow, this is the way different then anything I've ever heard about T-Mobile or thought about them. We have a few choices around here for phone service, (Sprint, Verizon, Cingular and T-Mobile) yet if you did a poll of what cell phone service people use 70% would say Cingular. Sprint did a poll to see who was being used the most and why and Cingular was (by far) the most used. Most people said the didn't use Verizon because they lied and were rude, they didn't use T-Mobil because the don't fix problems with the phones in a timely manner (aparently they do in some places though) and they don't use Sprint because it is so new around here. It's nice to know that T-Mobil isn't as bad in other places as they are here.

Thanks for a great letter! I have had wireless service through at least four different companies, and have finally found T-Mobile.
Every time I have had to deal with customer care, I have been very pleased with the rep's attitude, as well as a lack of the standard hold time usually associated with cell phone customer care.
I might suggest that, since you mentioned the web site, every time you have a great experience with customer care, you mention it in the link on the T-Mobile home page. I believe it qualifies you for a $5,000 reward and the employee for a reward as well.
