Improper denial of rebate

I purchased two new phones based primarily on the rebate. My wife and I carefully read the terms and submitted the request. Two months later we received a denial letter with an obscure description. I have attempted to call many, many times. Never can get through. Nobody answers the phone! I even tried calling other areas and get help through a hot transfer but without success.

I don't believe we made an error. I am a CPA and my wife is a lawyer. If we can't figure out the process then I believe it is over complicated and not offered in good faith.

I'm not threatening, but I will not just give up because you have under resourced your call center.

Call me at 678 677 2446 to resolve this amicably.
