lack of customer service is a problem

I have written customer service 5 times now with this complaint. Each email gets a nice auto reply saying I will be helped in 48 hours. No one is responding - no one is offering customer service - and I am not sure why. That is a bigger problem to me then my phone coverage problem. Why can't they help their present customers.

My problem is coverage. I am getting no phone service most of the day - in areas that I used to get coverage. Other people with other carriers are around me on their cell phones - but I am not able to get through. Since it is my only phone I can't even call to get help - I have to email. The few times a call gets through gets dropped within seconds -

I emailed this concern to them - and they just will not respond. With all the competition for cell phone business - I am shocked that they will not respond to a present customer and make sure we are happy with the service.

I will be canceling my serivce. I expect them not to charge me a full month serivce - based on the fact I barely get to make or complete any phone calls this month.

Dear Jack:

Please do what I did, I wrote a letter thru Planet Feed back, I had
the SAME exact problem as you.... I sent the letter thru PFB on a
Friday and had a call on Monday night from them. The resolution that
I wanted was to get out of the contracy without any fees and penalties
and they did it. I received a call from a guy named Paco. Planet
Feedback is awesome and it really workd EVERYTIME ;-)
Good luck!
Janine

Thanks for the help - I don't feel there is a point to calling them
now - they have proven their bad customer serivce - so I cancel and
move on. Why would I want to have a phone from this kind of company -
where there are so many others out there.
I told them I would be willing to pay about $10 for the bad serivce
this past month - haha - that should get them in an uproar.

I did have some ding dong call me from T-Mobile - (on my non working
cell) saying he would help me. He had saome title that showed he was
someone important. Again - if they would just help at the first level
of customer service - this wouldn't have to happen. He left a message
on my cell phone line giving me his hours he works and that he would
try again - that he was calling to help. Kind of amusing at this
point. It sounded like he had no idea what my problem was - or how
awful their customer service has been.

Oh well, if nothing else their stupidity has been good for a few
laughs. Thanks again - good luck to everyone else with T-Mobile! Enjoy
the weekend!

Are you under contract? If so, expect to pay a cancellation fee. If
not, just cancel your service and port your number to another
carrier.

When you cancel, you will get a bill which will have a charge for the
next month's service. What I do when I cancel cell service at work,
is hold that invoice until I get a final. On the final will be the
credit for the month in advance. If you pay the previous bill, you
end up with a credit on your final and it's a pain to get a check for
the credit balance.

That's too bad -- have you been unable to get through to them via the
phone? (Not making fun of your lack of coverage--I mean, call them
via a landline if you must.)

This sounds really bad. If I can do any research to help you out,
just let me know!

Good luck!
