WHEN I SAY CANCEL ,I MEAN JUST THAT!!

I went on T-mobiles web site an was just about finished with a purchase,until they wanted a 100.00 deposit.For a HTC Amaze...well I decided NOT TO PROCEED.AND ENDED THE PURCHASE!!! OR SO I THOUGHT!!!! 5 min. later I get an email saying thank you for my order!!! and that they will deduct 400.59,I couldnt believe it!! So I called them within the minute.And was able to cancel without a fee since it was within the 14 days and was still being processed.I had to speak to verification and VERBALLY cancel.So I was told it was taken care of!! then 2 days later I get another email that my PHONE HAS SHIPPED!! I call again....and am told it was a mistake and it will be sent back..On top of that they TOOK MY MONEY!!! AND TRANSFERED MY # TO A PHONE IVE NEVER GOTTEN!!!I went 3 days without a PHONE!!!and because they did that I had to RESTART MY FORMER PLAN!!! MORE MONEY!!!AND ALL YOU GET FROM THEM ARE A BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING..THEN THEY REFUND MY CARD...AND ITS 100.00 SHORT,FROM WHAT I PAID!!!AND ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET ANYTHING DONE.IM BEYOND MAD...CONSIDERING I WAS TOLD IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGES OR SHIPPING OF THE PHONE...THEY FLAT OUT LIED! AND YESTERDAY I GET A LETTER SAYING I WAS DENIED SERVICE THROUGH THEM BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT SCORE!!!SO IT OFF TO A TMOBILE STORE TODAY...I NEED ANSWERS AND SOME RESULTS!!SO PLEASE BEWARE TO THIS COMPANY!!

PAY ME MY 100.00 THAT THEY OWE ME...AND THE 55.00 IT TOOK TO RESTART MY SERVICE WITH MY OTHER CARRIER.CONSIDERING IT WAS CANCCELED.AND THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO TRANSFER MY #...OR CHARGE ME!!ITS UNREAL...YET WHEN I WAS NO CAN HELP ME...

the 55... i don't see where that's their concern.
i don't see where they forced you to cancel your other phone plan

when mobile carriers can't get it right (which seems to be more often
than not!), but I have to wonder why you provided your crdit card or
financial info to them if you weren't certain you were going to switch
carriers.

Personally, if I'm switching or renewing, I avoid doing it online
because I want a receipt and to KNOW what I'm buying before I say OK.
But that is just my personal preference.
