I have gotten to a point to where I am not appreciated for my 4 years of committment to this company because I am sick of the run around! My phone was stolen about a week ago so I called tmobile about replacing it. I called to order my phone and I am getting the run around from several people regarding my particular phone being on back order and they will call you whenever they have it in stock. I ask a supervisor if something can be taken off my deductable for my inconvenice and she said that is not negoticable and no way possible. She offered me, in her mind, "comparable" phone which came out 6 months before my model... That is not comparable. I have been waiting a week for a call back and havent gotten one yet. Im done!
I will pay the deductable for it, If I can get an upgrade from the model I had stolen from me.
