I realize that the Leesburg, Virginia, Taco Bell is one of your smaller restaurants. They do deserve your positive attention, though.
I have never been to that restaurant when I have not had exemplary service. The staff is friendly and efficient, the "store" is clean. The food is hot. The wait time is short.

Like I do on a weekly basis, I stopped by at my local KFC/Taco Bell located on Elkton-Newark Rd. in Elkton, Maryland at 10:05 am. I'm writing this to Taco Bell because I hardly order from the KFC side. The staff has always been friendly to me and I know them all by name. We use to love Taco Bell for the quick food and great price. Until a few weeks ago we went to 1817 S. Shepherd Dr. Houston TX 77019 Location. We had ordered two meals and one included a beef burrito through the drive-thru. Only to get home and for my boyfriend to find a long curly black hair in his beef burrito only a bite into it. My son use to love to eat at Taco Bell, but everytime he finds something he likes Taco Bell discontiunes it. For instance, Spicy Chicken Crunch Wrap, Volcano tacos, now the whole Volcano Box, which included the Spicy Burrito, taco, ect. And when you ask the employee about them they get an attitude. I have come to hate going to Taco Bell.

I went to the Taco Bell location at Due West and Gallatin Road in Madison, Tn today and went through the drive thru and I could tell that the person taking my order wasnt listening, as usual, and when I got to the window my order was completely wrong.
