I ate lunch at Taco Bell yesterday, and I have two complaints one is order consistancy and the other is consistant quality. First off when I ordered my lunch I wanted Zesty chicken salad, and the employee took it was fiesta salad, and I told her that was not the one I wanted, she acted like it was too late for her to change the order, and would not change the order. I thought that was very rude of her. And then secondly today I have had a diahrea/tore up stomach from eating there yesterday, only place I ate and had food from. I believe that your food should be cooked better. Store #1516, order #130 4/18/2007 at 2:59pm.
Make sure there employess are not as rude, and if you need to change your order, let the customer; for they are the one's who keep you in a job. And make sure your food is cooked better. Your probably reading this going ok..another customer lost and probably don't care.

Margaret-I can assume by now if you have checked back here that you can see that Taco Bell will not take your suggestions/complaints and look into them at all. Your letter is not only unprofessional, it is downright offensive. Graphically recalling your GI symptoms will not win favor with a company, and furthermore, based on your comments, it doesn't seem as though you really care if they respond or not. Why write this at all?

You may want to leave slang (tore up) out of a business letter. Kind of makes you look stupid.
"Cook your food better." A rather vague request, don't you think?

So... no breakfast? No supper? You ate only a taco salad all day long? I find that VERY difficult to believe. Except that, if the only food you did eat yesterday was grease from Taco Bell, that would explain the explosive diarrhea.

It doesn't matter where you eat, if the ONLY food you have all day is greasy and spicy, you are going to have an upset stomach, it has nothing to do with the preparation of the food, and everything to do with physiology. Spices are acidic, when added to an already acidic stomach, with nothing else to absorb and neutralize them, you get a stomache ache. Grease is not readily digested and absorbed by the body and just slides on through.

"Your probably reading this going ok..another customer lost and probably don't care."
Actually, they're probably thinking more along the lines of:
"Geez, another person claiming food poisoning with absolutely no proof that their illness had anything to do with our food."
There are a number of possible reasons that you got ill. Unless you have a doctor's verification, you have no proof of anything.
(Is it just me or does it seem like the majority of people who claim to have received bad food say that the meal in question was the only thing they had ALL day?)
