We went through the drive-thru on a Saturday night, It was around Midnight. WE ordered 2 burrito supremes, 2 chili cheese burritos, 2 Soft Taco's. When we got home, my husband went to add sour cream to his Burritos, Upon opening the tortilla he found only rice and cheese with beef. We had asked for extra beef also. This was NOT what he ordered. WE got in our car and drove the 10 ! miles back to Taco Bell to get the items replaced. When we got to the drive-thru we were informed by the young lady that was manager that night that Taco Bell will no longer replace an order once it has left their window . The young lady was quite rude. I would like to know if this is Taco Bell's New rule? or was she just not wanting to help us. I will be telling all my friends and Relatives about my experiences with Taco Bell.

Let me Know what the actual Policy of Taco Bell is. If this is not the policy, let the employees at Taco Bell on North Market know what the Policy is. Replace the Order.

To be quite honest - this is a matter of common sense. While I agree
that the employee should have just replaced your order, you also
should have checked your bags to make sure they got it right. As a
customer, no you shouldn't be required to double check, but to save
yourself the hassle, it just makes sense. I do agree that they should
replace your order.

you should routinely check your order before you leave a place where
you have picked up food. Mistakes happen. Especially if it is 10 (!)
miles. At today's gas prices that round trip is $3.00 or so.
