If the meat is "always" cold, and tortillas are "always" hard do you
CONTINUE to eat there?
If the food is "always" so bad, it doesn't make sense that you
wouldn't complain to an onsite manager or just change places to
eat.....

Jameela, do you not come back to the site after you've posted such
horribly written letters to see if there's feedback? Apparently not.

If you think you're doing something productive by emailing HQ of a
huge company over the problems with one restaurant, you're wrong.
Call the manager and politely and respectfully voice your concerns.

Better yet, quit going to poorly-managed fastfood restaurants for your
meals.

I wouldn't get your hopes up if I were you - this, of course, is how
NOT to write a business letter if you are a high school dropout, or if
you never had any lessons in typing classes, or if you don't even own
a "Typing for Dummies" book. So do us all a favor, unplug your word
processor, go to typing school, and re-write this letter to Taco Bell,
with the exact location, date, and what you ordered.
