I handed the gift card with $1.72 to the cashier to use and my total went down to about $6, I then handed her my gift card with more money to complete the order.

Your debit card is totally useless. I had nothing but problems, all of which originated on Target's end, and the phillipine/india customer service reps were nothing but rude. I gave your customer service a chance to correct the issue. But after being hung up on and given the run around. I am through with Target.
