I had a return of two items and had misplaced my receipt. I have heard complaints from people saying returns at Target are not easily obtained. So I approached the Returns desk feeling like a disobedient child.
I informed the cashier that I did not have my receipt, she asked how I paid; I told her Visa and she swiped the card through her register. Presto, a refund! She was pleasant with a sincere smile and was happy to help.
I did call the Store Manager so he could know that the Hickory, NC store has a wonderful associate.
Thank you, Target.

haha, I clicked on this one thinking it was going to be the same complaint about refusal.
I always thought that Target can look up purchases by credit card. I rarely return anything, so what do i know?

Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while.
I doubt this is a true letter, Target jumps through hoops to deny returns.
I smell a SHILL

I experienced the same thing at Target last year. My hubby took my card to them since he is a UPS driver for that area,(was convenient for me not to have to drive up there) they knew him and used the card to issue the refund on the card. It was incredibly easy. It's good to use the card because you wind up with a paper trail in their computer in case you do not have the physical receipt.
Great letter by the way!
