We ordered TWO trivets on line. They are wedding gifts for weddings my husband and I will be attending. Today we recieved ONE Trivet!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband called your customer service and now they want to charge us AGAIN for the other trivet that has been paid thru pay pal.
We want you to simply send us the other trivet at no addtional cost!!!!!

Send us the trivet BEFORE July 7th!!

Are they trying to get you to pay for the trivet again or just the
shipping?

Aren't you glad you took care of this early! Be sure to keep the
shipping package, so that weight can be verified. (Even though they
should have this information) And since you paid with paypal, you may
have some recourse there. Good luck.
