Very bad management practices and harrasment

We have been barraged and harassed by this company. We do not have a contract with Terminix and do not want one. They purchased the company we had for our pest control and are now sending us bills that we do not owe. They even came to our house and treated it without our permission. My wife raises butterflys so we tell the pest control company what not to treat as not to kill any of my wife's butterflys. They came anyway and left a note of our door saying they treated our home. Again, they did so without our permission.

My wife and I have called them numerous times and they still send us bills and are arrogant on the phone.l The last time I called them the lady on the phone was rude and would not let me talk so I hung up the phone.

Leave us alone, stop sending us bills and do not come onto our property. Also,an apology would be in order.

Read your contract carefully to see if you can back out if sold. If not you might be stuck with Terminix. Reply
