Way to go Rusty!!

Around 7:00pm Saturday, March 2 my husband and I visited your Glenbrook mall location in Ft. Wayne, IN. I left our name with the hostess, as there was a wait of about 30 minutes to be seated.

Once we were seated, we were promptly given menus and were soon visited by our server, Rusty P. Even with the restaurant as busy as it way, Rusty was extremely attentive and very prompt. He even took time to ask about our appetizers, which one we had enjoyed more, which one was his personal favorite. He made us feel like we were the only table in the room, even though he was being just as attentive to his other tables. Our meal was delicious and extremely enjoyable.

You can bet that because of this experience as well as past experiences I've had at several of your locations, we will be back. The atmosphere is always wonderful and the food is great!

Please make sure, if it is at all possible, that this letter is passed along to the local establishment. I will myself try to pass it along as well.

I'm not a real big fan of Friday's, but it's good to hear that this
location is doing right by the people who eat there.

Excellent letter. Information is included that can be used to contact
the employee, and a complete description of what you particularly
liked about the service.

I used to love TGI Fridays, but there isn't one near me now, so I
haven't been in forever. Now I miss it. Grrrr...Thanks a lot!

Compliment Week was a good idea. All of these nice letters are making
me feel good.

I recently ate in TGI Friday's for the first time, and our waiter was
just as wonderful as Rusty. My family tends to drive servers crazy,
especially when we can't decide what to order, but he took it all in
stride, answered all our questions, and never once seemed one bit
annoyed.

Excellent Letter! It's great that Rusty was smart enough to be so nice
after having waited so long for a table. And it's great to let the
company know your pleasure with this employee. Would be nice to see
more letters like this!! Great Job

Good letter, Maranda. I hope Rusty gets the accolades he deserves.
(Did you mean to type March *3* if it was Saturday, or were you there
Friday?) You might want to send a copy of your letter to the manager
of this particular restaurant. I once posted a compliment on PFB and
others made that suggestion to me. I not only heard from the company,
I also heard from the local manager.
