We purchased a king size bed set in April of 2005. We were also sold on the additional optional stainsafe program that was supposed to protect our mattress from stains for 10 years. We have a stain on our mattress that voids the mattress warranty and the company stain safe has gone out of business and the warranty for the stains on my bed are no longer covered. I know have a bed that needs to be warrantied but it can't because of a faulty service Mattress Firm sold us.
