POOR service at Manotick Ontario Location Tim Hortons!

On my way to work we stopped at Tim Hortnos around 5:45 AM a time when there SHOULD be NO wait time once so ever. It was Located in Manotick Ontario Canada. So we go in, and stand for almost 10 mins.. 2 people are working drive thru and no one is in site for the cashes inside the tim hortons. They were ALL about 5 of them outside having a smoke break. They saw us come in because they were standing beside the entrance. It was rude and disgusting... This has happened atleast 3 times. Even the damn bakers were out there. Where do these employees come from anyways? It takes 30 seconds to take my money and pour my coffee....jeesh! Manotick has lost one very good customer! And Im sure they have lost many more!

I think that these employees need to plan their break schedule at different times. NOT everyone should be out having a smoke while theres atleast 3 people in line. And they should also be fired. Its the worst customer service I HAVE ever seen! Especially since it has happened numerous times. I have never had problems with any other Tim Hortons Franchise. Except this one.

Most Tim Hortons have 2 people working the midnite shift which is
usually 10pm to 6am. What you probably saw was the employees coming in
for their shifts that usually run from 6am to 2 or 3pm. While I don"t
condone employees smoking by the front doors it is their perogitive to
spend their time the way they want. Most Tim Hortons are not very busy
on a Sunday morning so they was probably something going on that the
scheduling manager was unaware of.

Do them all a favor and stop going there.

LOL - they should be fired AND plan their breaks better?

What a pathetic person you must be to demand someone have their
livlihood taken away.

And the word is "whatsoever" - not "once so ever".

And cussing in what should be a professional letter doesn't make you
appear to be the sharpest tack in the box, either. "Damn
bakers"???????

Uncalled for.

I'm almost ashamed to be Canadian after reading this.

Believe me, Tim Horton's do really really well. They won't miss your
business.

How do you know they were on their breaks? Maybe their shifts hadn't
even started yet. Any validity goes out the window when a letter
writer demands that someone should be fired, anyway.
