Well first of all it was my fault!
I truly though I had turned in their cable box

Well 4 years later I founded a cable box. To make things rights. I thought I should see if they could still used the box (recycle or something. Well this is where trying to right a wrong is a joke!

I have tried twice to get support for my email which has not been operating for the last two days. I have spoken with totally incompetent technical support persons on both occasions.
I want to be contacted by a COMPETENT technical support person who can fix the problems.

I pay top dollare for top speed and wifi, EVERY FRIGGIN DAY AND NIGHT I have service stoppage.
