First months bill I was charged for install after being told I wasn't going to be charged. Then was charged a fee on the second months bill for bad debt for service over three years ago that I don't believe was correct and they offered no supporting documents. For Five days now TWC has called me, a cable internet user, to "sell" me voip. I have told them each day, that until their cable internet service is reliable (like stays on, all the time) I am not interested in having my phone connected to it.

I'm trying to figure out how to use the auxiliary input on the front of my SA HD DVR. There's no information on the box, the skimpy materials that came with it or readily available online.
The "video source" button would seem to be the obvious switch for this, but it doesn't do anything. Does it need to be activated?
