On Friday afternoon(Dec.4,2009) I drove over to there bill paying Office here in High Point, NC. It is located ay 118 East State Avenue. High Point, NC. 27265....Just off of Main Street.

First months bill I was charged for install after being told I wasn't going to be charged. Then was charged a fee on the second months bill for bad debt for service over three years ago that I don't believe was correct and they offered no supporting documents.
