$25 Fee when I paid ON TIME!

I was charged a late fee for a payment reversal on a payment that was MADE ON TIME! I paid through Wells Fargo Billpay and it went through ON TIME. Time Warner did not process it until after my due date and I was charged. This was NOT MY FAULT! I called and one agent claimed there is no fee, another said there is, another said they are going to cancel my cable! I apid the fee, even though I did not want to so that my cable service wasn't interrupted. But this is the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. One agent said I need to go into my local office, but she wouldn't tell me where it is. I found out myself, and your hours are when I'M AT WORK making it impossible to solve this. !

You seriously need to train your employes at the call center to solve problems and not lie and be rude! Is there any way for me to solve this problem? If so, CALL ME and let me know. If you can't refund my $25, then can you give me HBO free for a month or SOMETHING?

billpay from any bank is the same as you walking over to your kitchen
table, filling out a check, inserting it into an envelope and mailing
it. all they do is take an extra day to print a check and mail it.
then USPS takes over. If you want it to get there on time, pay online
via credit card or electronic check. It's not their fault

When was it due and when did you pay it through your bank's billpay?
I know if I pay a bill today with my bank's billpay, it tells me how
long it will take. If the payee does not accept electronic payments,
it can take 3-5 business days. Even with the electronic transfers,
they say 1-3 business days.
