My Bill Sent to Collection Agency

To whom is may concern,
My name is Nicholas and I recently had a collection put onto my credit report from Credit Management LP. I'm in a tough spot as I have finally gotten my credit to where my fiancee and I can buy our 1st house with a FHA loan, but they require no collections or late payments for the past 1-2 years. Well we are in the process of closing and this collection basically is going cost us our dream of home ownership.

I'm hoping that you will find it in your heart to allow me to pay this in full ($138.00) with your agreement that you will pull it back from Credit Management so it will be deleted from my credit reports. You have no idea how much it would mean to me. I look forward to hearing from you.

Nicholas is this a mistake on your credit report, or were you actually
late paying your bill? If you were late Time Warner has every right to
send you to collections. I am sure they gave you more than one notice
that you had not paid. If you were trying to keep your credit clean to
purchase a home I would think you would have been more on top of
keeping your bills paid on time.

This is a good example of why it is so important to keep your credit
clean. Ownership of a house lost over $138.

It sounds like your credit isn't quite where it needs to be yet.
