you changed the *tvguide* on cable it is very time consuming to use and no instructions came with it and it is very very hard to use and it is not convenient

switch back to the old *tvguide* that worked

I would suggest trying contacting the company by telephone at their customer service number- there may be a way to set it back for you if you talk to customer service. Reply responce by stanley b.
