Current customer of Time Warner

I have been a long time customer of Time Warner Cable and have all three services, cable, internet and phone. I must admit when I called customer service a few times with my problem I did not get anywhere except angry, the monatone voice telling me "I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do for you was to much. I then drove to the brance in Saratoga and the Customer Service person who helped me was the best and I am now a very pleased customer of Time Warner. I have two accounts with them and will continue with them. This person knew how to talk to a customer and not make them feel like they were just another number. Also he understood my concern about Time Warner treating their long time customers just as good as they treat the new ones.
