ONE OF SEVERAL LETTERS TO BYRON STEVE GRIFFIN

Hello Steve-

As yet we still have not heard anything as to a date we can plan upon for our internet and phone switch to be made for our offices.

Although I asked that you have Mr. Williams call my cell phone- because as I , my office manager Ayal and my IT specialist Mike have explained on many occasions, we are in the new office and have only our cell phones to use for work purposes and we are borrowing neighbor’s internet services- Mr. Williams called our office number anyway. This would have been only one frustrating aspect of this entire undertaking- but Mr. Williams said that we were on the schedule to have the work done today- and that the only thing that may hold that up is that he was waiting on information from someone ELSE as to whether or not cable was available in our building already.

I called back after going back to our old office to check messages and found that he had called, called him back and got his voicemail. I explained that if anyone had bothered to actually listen to anything any one of the 3 of us had explained since April 19th- or taken the time to look at the address from and to which we were moving- they would know several times over that we have moved offices within the same building. The street address is exactly the same and dozens of people in our building have Time Warner Cable phone and internet just as we do. Or did. He has not called back yet even though I placed yet another call to his voicemail today.

We have always for our services with you on time and this is costing us a great deal of time and money to use a slower internet service borrowed from neighboring offices. Not to mention going back and forth to check messages and to use our cell phones nonstop [we do not have plans to back up the huge number of minutes we are having to use due to the fact that it is taking an absurd amount of time to move our phone service with you.]

Although we have bought over $450,000 of advertising from Time Warner Cable AdCast and currently spend over $3,000 a month to buy you advertising-- every person we have talked to passes the responsibility to someone else. What can we possibly do to make this happen any faster? If Westokes Advertising/ Interactive Inc. did business like this we would have no customers, period.

Thanking you in advance for any phone numbers or email addresses
of anyone who can help us get the service we deserve-

Sincerely,
Donna

Well given the fact that we need internet and phone service to conduct business- giving us at least one free month of service would appear fair at the very least. That is, if they ever actually do restore our service in the new office.

I've done telecom provisioning for over 20 years and know how
frustrating it can be. It would be helpful to know how your order was
placed (via telephone or in writing), the date you placed your order,
the due date you requested, the order number(s) and the original date
Time Warner committed to having your service installed. If you can
share this information then I may be able to point you in the right
direction.
