To Whom It May Concern,

I am currently a customer of Time Warner and have been very happy with the services. I am writing you today in regards to an old account from 2003. The account number is:

During that time we were moving and must have overlooked the bill. Once I realized the oversight, the bill was paid., and the equipment returned. I am asking for a goodwill adjustment be made removing the item from my credit report.

My family and I are hoping to purchase a home in the near future. Having this removed will greatly help my scores. Thank you for your time with this matter.

Your negative mark is fair. You admit to being late in the payment,
and you paid.

The mark lets other lenders know that you were late and to be
cautious.

If there were no negative marks there would be no means to have a
credit score to begin with.

My score is probably 0. I do not borrow money, never have, never will.
Life is easier when you dont have to worry about a FICO score
dictating your life.

My suggestion would to be forgo buying a house until you can afford to
pay cash for it. This may mean lowering expectations and wants, and
settling on needs. This may also mean cutting your lifestyle to get
more money into play. This may also mean getting 2nd jobs.

My wife and I bought our house a long time ago, it was foreclosed
house for 40k, we paid cash for it, and made repairs and upgrades as
the cash came in.

Now we are in a paid for house, with 2 paid for used cars, no debt
lingering over us, and no worries of fico scores.

There is another way to live without worrying about fico scores.

Good Day
