Time-Warner apparently doesn't need my business

I have been a customer of the cable company Time Warner since I moved to Wisconsin seven years ago. Mostly, I was satisfied with the internet service. However, on the whole they are over priced. I spend up to ten hours a day on the internet so I need this service. The TV end of their deal stinks.

I have always asked customer service what I can do to lower my bill. This month I opened my bill to show that it had gone up ten dollars. I was never advised when I was in the store paying the bill that my rate was about to change or any such thing.

They are always boasting about what a good deal they have. How bout actually giving me a good deal and keeping the price the same.
Otherwise I am seriously thinking of dropping my coverage to only the internet. They should be offering basic cable to seniors anyway.

So please give me what I need - reliable internet and free cable.

I guess I don't understand why you should get free cable? It costs
them something to supply it to you after all.
