Very happy regarding Tivo rebate

I purchased a Tivo unit from Amazon in July/August 2006. This unit had a $150 rebate offer from Tivo. I submitted my rebate form within the proper timeframe, waited several weeks, and when I had not gotten anything from Tivo I e-mailed to inquire about the rebate. I was told that my rebate had been denied because it was not postmarked within the proper timeframe. I knew that this could not be correct as I knew that I had mailed it well within the timeframe given. I e-mailed back with this information, and with my dissatisfaction over this, because the rebate was really the biggest factor in my deciding to purchase the Tivo unit and give Tivo a try. I was so pleasantly surprised to get an e-mail back saying that I was valued as a customer and that my rebate submission had been updated and was now valid. That was about 8 weeks ago, and I just checked on my rebate and see that it was scheduled to be mailed in the last couple of days. I am so happy to find a company that actually does value their customer and will take steps to make them happy.
