I bought a "Big Sister" shirt at the TRU in Chattanooga, TN (we live in Cleveland, TN, about 30 min. away)for my toddler soon after I found out I was pregnant again.
I had a miscarriage a few weeks after that. A few months later, I took the NEW, UNworn shirt with the ticket tag still attached to be returned.

I have been a happy shopper with Toys R Us for years, I shop for my relatives, my friends as well. But for the last couple of years I have been upset with the local Toys R Us store In Jensen Beach Florida, I believe its store 8736. Managers ignore the employees and shoppers. I purchased a gift card in December, 2008 for my step grandson in Utah for Christmas. He never received it, and did not activate it. I called TRU in February, 2009 to inquire about it, and was told by the CSR to fax in a copy of my original receipt, and I would be contacted by a supervisor for a refund back to my credit card. I have been a ToysRUs customer for years. Two weeks ago I went into
ToysRUs to purchase the Little Tikes Sea&Sand Table- $99.99. I had
a coupon for $10 off of $75 a baby purchase at Babies RUs or Toys RUs.
On the coupon it listed the following exclusions: Diapers, Formula,Video
Game Hardware, Apple iPods, Robot Galaxy, Netbooks, Gift Cards, Special

I went to your store in Altoona, PA twice this week looking for portable DVD players that were on sale. The first time was Sunday, 4/4/09.
