Your return policy is false. I bo,ught a swing set and got home and realized it was too big for my kids and my yard. My wife went to return it the next day, but the box came opened when i loaded it. When we got to the store it was refused because the "pieces were in disarray." The box weighed like 300 lbs and was not in great shape to begin with.
Take the thing back.

On 11/27/12, I received an email stating that due to high consumer demand, they were having longer than expected processing times. On 12/4/12, I received an email saying the item was no longer available & that my order had been cancelled. I was very angry upon reading this because this was a Christmas gift for my 2...

Me and my husband went to Toy R Us we had misplaced our gift card and simply asked the associate if there was anything we would be able to do. The associate was extremely nice and stated we just needed to call the (800) toys r us line and they could help us. After having us stand at a register for about 3 hours on a store phone(keep in mind I am 9 months pregnant and due any day) there was no...

I purchased a Nintendo DSi XL from Toys R Us in March 2011 for my 6-year old son. I was convinced by the salesperson that I should buy the buyer protection plan which will replace the item if my son accidentally drops or damages it. Last weekend, my son went with his uncle and accidentally dropped the Nintendo in the parking lot. A car ran over it before his uncle was able to retrieve it and...
