I recently emailed then contacted NET10 customer service in regards to an unuseable equipment issue. I am happy to say that the customer service person was able to solve my issue with not being able to make and receive calls in my work zip-code quickly and courteously. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!

Does Tracfone cheat you out of minutes by charging you an entire minute when you use just one second. I could be wrong about this. At the end of several calls, it appears this is what Tracfone is doing. So, when you buy a card for 60 minutes, the odds of finishing a call each time exactly to the last second of a minute results in a 20% or more loss of minutes. Actual use time will be only 40...
