I have a Bank of America visa card which was fraudulently used by some unknown person to purchase something from the company known as TRACFONE, and through every way possible I have been unable to contact this company . The phone says technical difficulties , the website is under construction indefinately.
Contact me in order to stop this purchase from going through since it is still pending...

Very poor coverage in area codes:14011, 14052, 14145, 14169, 14102, 14169, 14059, and Lord knows how many others.
Cooperate with other carriers in the area to provide service. Tracfone's switch from Sprint to T-Mobile has not improved coverage in WNY.

First, the tracfone doesn't work where I live. Second, even though I have over an hour left, my service will be cut off on 11/11/09. In other words, if I don't add minutes I don't need, my service gets shut off. In my mind, no, I am not in control.

I bought a new tracfone phone three days ago. I also spent $50 on minutes that the phone will not accept. $30 was spent online $20 was spent on one of their cards. Have contacted customer service in two emails and have only gotten aut-responses.

I've now been on the phone with customer service for one hour and 10 minutes with no resolution to my problem. The phone service would not accept the $100.00 / 400 minute card. I called customer service and waited about 31 minutes before they transfered me to someone I thought could help me.
