On Feb 16th 2010 I ordered a replacement phone from TracFone. The deal was that I would get this phone including 120 minutes and a “doubler card” already programmed into the phone. This was to be shipped by FedEx on three day delivery.

I have been a Tracfone customer for years & just recently bought a new phone. my old phone serial # , phone # had 194 minutes & 179 service days on it. I asked that my number, minutes & service days be tranfered to my new phone serial #. This was on March 7th. The number was transferred & the guy I talked to said in about 15 minutes it would show my minutes & service days....

I am enrolled in the Tracfone Life Line plan. This plan automatically deducts $4.95 from my Visa each month for my service. Consequently, my service never runs out. Perfect!
