First, the tracfone doesn't work where I live. Second, even though I have over an hour left, my service will be cut off on 11/11/09. In other words, if I don't add minutes I don't need, my service gets shut off. In my mind, no, I am not in control.

I've now been on the phone with customer service for one hour and 10 minutes with no resolution to my problem. The phone service would not accept the $100.00 / 400 minute card.
