2nd try to get "no service" corrected

After listening to horrible music and "please continue to hold for the next available service representative" for over an hour (I did have papers to grade so was not putting my life on hold for this call), I went on line, came to this site and see it says that the system quits after 15 minutes!

Get a local office, hire more people, make their company better in the first place and less liable to have customer problem calls, maybe, have a machine say leave your number and we'll call you back. But then I certainly haven't been paid to correct their problems.

and i've been with them for over 3 years now.

granted i've had a rep or two that have been rather unhelpful but i
finally got kinda what i needed, although the account always had some

the current one is working fine however.

as for no service... depends. i get that where i live but... only
because this dang apartment has brick walls. no carrier gets through
really unless you're by the windows *sigh*
