Blatant Lying

I just received an email stating that the company was providing me a 'one-time courtesy' 250 minutes, as though they were doing me a favor. Now I'm furious. They feel that they are doing me a favor by providing me with the minutes I was owed for the month of March. You can believe that I will be 'sharing' that email and the other emails from them, along with every complaint from others that I can verify on a page on Facebook. I may also create a webpage devoted to their terrible customer service. I know that unless the 'fess-up' and apologize, i will make it my mission to post this on every website that will accept it. I am also going to the BBB, and consumer rights advocates all over the internet. (If I was asking for minutes I am not eligible for, I would be a liar and a thief. I want nothing that I am not entitled to.I gladly offered to take a polygraph test to prove that I am telling the truth.Are they willing to show their notes to the public?)
APOLOGIZE for calling me a liar and treating me like a thief and admit that they are wrong.

In another post by this OP they state that the cell service is through Safelink which provides FREE cell service to those that qualify. She got the 250 minutes she claims she was owed so I don't understand why she would continue to complain and not be thankful that she has free cell service in the first place.

They were wrong, but they did get you your minutes. It's probably better for your sanity to just let it go. If you insist on making webpage, doing exposes on Facebook, telling everyone you know, etc. (especially over 250 Tracfone minutes), it can become an obsession.
