Lost phone and transfering minutes/airtime

My Tracfone Motorola W376g was lost in a parking lot. I purchased a new phone of the same model and activated it. I then attempted to have the minutes and airtime transferred from the lost phone to the new one. When I called customer service, they were very polite about it, and said that they would transfer the minutes and airtime within 5 business days. Nine days later, I received a REPLACEMENT!!!! phone in the mail, and it was the W175g, an inferior model. At the same time, my new W376g was deactivated. I immediately called customer service, and they said they would have to send me a new SIM card. I asked could I transfer the SIM card from the replacement phone to my W376g. I was transferred to a supervisor, and about 5 minutes later, was "accidentally" disconnected.

I would like this issue to be resolved by a QUALIFIED rep who speaks English as their FIRST language. I would like to have the minutes and airtime transferred from the lost phone to the new one. OR If it is absolutely necessary to send me a replacement phone, I would like it to be the W376g AND I would like the minutes and airtime transferred to it.

This morning, a Tracfone rep who actually spoke English called
tracfone executive resolutions dept called me and resolved the
problem. She was very polite and I think spoke English as a first
language. She had me transfer the SIM card from the "replacement"
phone into the new W376g that I got. Then she activated the SIM card,
and transferred gave me an equal replacement of the minutes and
airtime that I lost. I even got a 100 min bonus!? I got her number and
extension for me and all you other currently "loyal" Tracfone
customers. It is: 1800-626-4883 ext. 6132 . I am very pleased with
the help she gave me and will continue to use Tracfone for the time
being.
