power of complaining to the FCC.

I am very sorry some of the members of our community here at Planet
Feedback were rude to you. Unfortunately, there are a small number of
trolls who like to harass and intimidate anyone who files a legitimate
complaint.

I urge you to become a positive consumer force by becoming an active
positive force at planet feedback. Come back often posting your
helpful responses to consumers that have been victimized by the
telecom industry and other industries. The more consumer friendly
posters we have, the better this community will become.
