Terrible experience! I regret going with Tracfone!

Hi, I've NEVER done this before-was outspoken about my thoughts; however, working with Tracfone has been one of the WORSE experiences of my life (certainly the worse in working with a phone company)! Their customer service workers are ALL from another country, completely uncomprehendable, and have hung up on me several times after waiting at least 30 minutes! I lost my phone and requested the phone minute usage for the month I lost it to see if someone had used it after me; hense someone would have stole it from me. They refused to send it to me without going through 12 "hoops" and they STILL didn't send it to me. Each customer service rep tells you different information and half of the time the representatives pretend like they are doing stuff for your account when they haven't done anything (I was sitting on the phone for an hour and finally asked to be transferred to their supervisor. He said that nothing had been done to my account)! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATIONS! The plans seem good but trust me if anything goes wrong and you need customer service you will regret that you went with them! GO ANYWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!!!
I would like them to have American's who speak clear English answering the phone lines for individuals from the US (or have an option of speaking to someone from this location). It's hard to understand what they are staying.
Hire individuals who actually WANT to work with your company. All but one of the, literally, 30 people I have spoke to were rude and didn't seem to care if I would remain a customer or not.
Have requesting things like monthly hard copy statements and option on the web. For an individual with a disability (my brother) your services are extremely hard to navigate through! He needs to be able to tangibly see the information and it's a nightmare to go through that process. I did go through the entire process (writing the correctly worded letter, faxing it in, copying certain parts of the phone; AND having it noterized and STILL WAS NOT SENT IT!
Have you staff properly trained. Everytime I call I get different information and because of this I am no longer to get my 800 mins transferred to my new phone (which I temp. lost).
I could not be more displeased with a service! I wish there is some way that upper management can be contacted at times. The one time I requested to speak to someone's supervisor she said, "No," and then hung up on me. Terrible.
I would appreciate it if a supervisor or upper management would contact me to resolve this issue. I was initially very pleased with your company until I had an issue with losing my phone. I would LOVE to have faith in Tracfone and be able to encourage my community to use you but until all of this can get worked out, I will remain an UNSATISIFED customer!
