Tracfone deactivated my phone

Tracfone,
Thanks to your customer service representative GLAIVA today she deactivated my wife's phone by not knowing her job!
When I ask if we could transfer minutes ( 650 from 770 and a service date 10-17-2009 ) from my wife's tracfone to mine she said no problem!
Well let me tell you that is not possible with Tracfone. Not only did she remove all of the minutes but DEACTIVATED my wife's phone so that now we have to wait on a new sims card!
I cannot tell you what an inconvenience this has caused. Not that it would change anything now for this situation but has taught me a good lesson about dealing with your customer representatives. Not only GLAIVA but her floor manager NIRZA also were lost for words or help!!!!!!
All I wanted to do was transfer minutes to my phone serial number xxxxxxxxxxxx from my wife's phone serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and add a one year card, not DEACTIVATE her phone. All they had to do was say NO, not possible!
This will not be a good review for Tracfone or representative's GLAIVA or floor manager NIRZA any where!
