TRACFONE SUCKS!

Bought a brand new Tracfone at Walmart just yesterday. Came home to activate it from the website..NO GO. Called the number they suggested got someone who could hardly speak audible, understandable English, telling me that my "SIM" card was bad!? I asked how the hell that could be....I just purchased the phone within the last hour!? They told me that they would have to send me one out. It would take 3-5 days to get it. For me...that just wasn't good enough! I contacted them by email, got they're generic response about contacting the same useless number I had just called! So, I am going to contact the state commission, Better Business Bureau AND my attorney tomorrow. I have researched Tracfone online and have come up with SO MUCH CRAP ON THEM! It's time they should be held accountable for they're sucking service, right out theft, and cheap business practices!

GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!! YOU ARE SERVING NO GOOD PURPOSE BUT TO COMMIT THEFT AGAINST THOSE WHOME YOU CHEAT WITH YOUR MARKETING! YOU SHOULD BE SUED AND SHUT DOWN!

I bought my son's phone for christmas worked fine, just bought him one
of the expensive cards for his birthday in july. Now in Oct the phone
don't work and it has 659.10 minutes on it and customer service sucks
and I sent the email thing and I am also getting p***** off. They also
keep giving me the runaround. And I can't take the phone back and his
minutes are stuck there. can't call in or out.

Calm down. Take it back to Walmart and exchange it for another
handset. No need to call in missile strikes, start a Jihad or pick up
the red phone. Life is too short.

Electronics sometimes do come through as defective. Save yourself a
lot of time and aggravation and exchange it at Walmart.
