WE WERE MISTREATED. WE HAVE ALWAYS USED TRACFONE, AND WE WERE GETTING CLOSE ON MINUTED, SO WE PURCHASED 120 MINUTES ONLINE, AND BECAUSE OF A GLITCH ON TRACFONES PART, WE NEVER RECIEVER THEM. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET A BONUS 30 TOO, BUT AFTER 2 DAYS OF BEING MADE TO FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU FOUND OUT THE GLITCH WAS REALLY YOUR FAULT AFTER ALL, BUT EVEN AFTER ALL WE WENT THROUGH, YOU WOULD NOT ISSUE THE BONUS ONES WE GOT BY ORDERING MINUTES ON LINE. WE ARE TELLING EVERYONE WE KNOW, AND ITS A LOT TOO, TO STAY AWAY FROM TRACFONE.
MAKE IT RIGHT. YOU SHOULD GIVE US THE 30 MINUTES, PLUS SOMETHING FOR OUR HARASSMENT.
