Missing minutes

I transfered minutes from my old phone to a new TLFM phone. In the process I lost 538 Minutes. Prior to the transfer process I had 1638 minutes on my old phone. Only 1100 minutes were tranfered over. I have been unable to resolve this via phone calls. The 1st one I was cut off after a 20 min wait. The second call was unable to resolve my issue. I would like to have my 538 minutes credited to my phone
