what kind of stupid game are you people playing. I went to website and added 125 minutes 19.99 plus put in code for 20 min. additional. I also bought a phone that is suppose to be double minutes,
Getting thru your site to register the phone is very user unfriendly. I paid the amount 19.99 plus tax and you took 22.84 out of my account. After spending well ovwe an hour on phone with help- they finally got my phone number to show up. I did not have any service days nor minutes. After more code numbers I finally got phone number then after more code number and *#0 and *#30 I got airtime. She told me I had 60 minutes at 19.99 and that was doubled. THIS IS WHEN I GOT PO'd. I ask for a Supervisor. I am still waiting. I told her the site said 19.99 for 125 minutes which would be doubled. that make 250 minutes, also your dumb coupon was suppose to add 20 mins. but I don't even care about that. She argued with me about only 60 minutes. I told her if that the case- false advertising and I would be reporting to the State of Washington Attorney Generals office as I choose this because of the time and cost.

Stop misleading people, make activation easier, give the minutes paid for and advertised. Get some more people available so wait time is not over 15 minutes and then God only knows how muck time to get a Supervisor. What a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On their website I only see $19.99 listed for two items

- Buying a double-minute plan for a phone
- Buying 60 minutes (which becomes 120 for a double-minute phone)

I don't see any plans offering 19.99 for 125 minutes. Where'd you
find that one at?
